Florida Friday

On Friday of our Florida vacation, we spent the morning at a play date at my friend Lori's house. Between me and 8 close Bible study friends, we had 18 CHILDREN!!!! Isn't that wild? There were so many kids running around. Thank goodness that Lori has no shortage of fun toys and a trampoline and tree house! It was, again, so wonderful to see everyone. I have missed these girls this last year and it is always astounding to see the growth of our children in just a year.




Friday evening, we get together with friends from Jim's clinic at Patrick AFB. The kids were so happy to see all of Jim's grown-up guy friends... he is really craving some attention from other dads right now. It's always sweet when Jim's friends, my friends, and our family steps up to give our kids that extra bit of love that they need right now! Here are a few pics from that night:



We went to Jason's Deli, which was Hayden's choice - he remembered the restaurant and also remembered that we would go to Marble Slab afterwards, which was right next door!
